The Bakers Pride AS-L5076X Oven Burner Assembly With Cap and Elbow-Left is used to create a controlled flame by combining gas and air to generate heat to be used in commercial baking. This element guides the fuel through the built-in elbow and evenly spreads it through the ignition cap to ensure the same internal temperatures. The assembly is fitted in the combustion chamber of the appliance, and it is attached to the left side of the burner manifold. The unit has an inbuilt orifice and fittings to allow connection with the already available gas lines.
