The Bakers Pride BKPL5076X Burner Assembly W/Cap and Elbow Left supplies gas to the gas burner on the left side of the oven to cook, in a controlled manner. It works by directing fuel through the supply line to the burner ports and keeping a correct pattern of the flame. The assembly is fitted in the oven cavity attached to the gas manifold and ignition system. It is a component of the gas delivery system of the oven, which is synchronised with the safety valves, controls and other burners to provide heat.
