The Bakers Pride BKPM1342X Thermostat Kit with Knob 250 F UNLIN SP8660 is a replacement temperature control knob assembly in a commercial oven. It measures the temperature of air inside the oven and gives a signal to the heating system to change the amount of heat produced to assist in maintaining the desired set point. The kit will consist of the thermostat and a control knob that can be simple accessed and installed on the control panel of the oven to enable the operators to adjust and control the temperature.
