Bakers Pride M1119X Oven Thermostat Kit EGO 300°F-650°F

The Bakers Pride M1119X Thermostat Kit EGO 300F650F operates using a temperature-sensing capillary system where a bulb inside the oven cavity expands and contracts with heat changes, transferring pressure through a sealed tube to a mechanical control element. This movement actuates internal switching that cycles electrical power to the heating elements. maintaining temperature within the selected limit by opening and closing the circuit based on sensed heat levels. The thermostat assembly is typically installed inside compatible commercial ovens, positioned within the control compartment, with the sensing probe extending into the oven chamber.
