The Bakers Pride R3087X Gas Oven Flue Adapter is designed to direct the combustion gases discharged by the flue of the appliance into the exhaust system, and is designed to fit the opening. The gases that are generated during baking and roasting are removed through the adapter and into the venting system. The flue adapter is fitted to the compatible gas ovens, which fit the flue outlet and exhaust ductwork of the oven. It is installed in the ventilation assembly of the oven to be used in the commercial kitchen setting.
