The Frymaster 8102793 Basket Hanger Wire is a product replacement that is to be used in commercial fryers. It is used in keeping the fryer baskets out of the cooking oil by firmly detaching them whenever not in use so that any excess oil would drain back into the fryer. The hanger wire is installed in the basket assembly of the fryer in conjunction with the baskets and the fryer assembly, to provide safe and efficient use. Appropriate installation of the basket hanger wire allows keeping the kitchen safe.
