The Frymaster 8065964SP Basket Lift Motor 120V used to lift and lower fryer baskets automatically during cooking cycles. It transforms electrical input into mechanical movement that is controlled to enable baskets to move at fixed intervals to ensure better timing. This motor is mounted in the basket lift assembly of the fryer and is attached to the basket support structure, which is in coordination with the fryer control system to control the movement of the basket during the cooking process.
