The Baxter 01-1M3683-00002 Oven Tray Leveler Bearing Assembly is a mechanical pivot point that allows the controlled rotation of internal parts during the baking cycle. This has internal rolling components to minimize friction and keep the tray-leveling mechanism aligned to high-temperature conditions. It is mounted in the rotating rack assembly in which the leveling arms are attached to the rotating drive shaft. This design is such that trays are kept horizontal as they pass through the heated chamber.
