Description

The Baxter 01-1P1900-00001 Proofer Drain Pan collects and diverts any surplus water that is generated during the proofing processes in the unit. It works by pushing condensation and the rest of the moisture out of the inner chamber to prevent build-up during use. This drain pan is installed at the bottom of the proofer, and is installed beneath the internal parts to collect and channel water to the drainage outlet. It is applied as part of the moisture control system in commercial proofers to support the proper control of water produced during the fermentation of dough in foodservice conditions.
