Blodgett BL17970 Pizza Oven Spring Holder Assembly W/Pins

The Blodgett BL17970 Pizza Oven Spring Holder Assembly W/Pins uses tension springs to balance the door movement, facilitating smooth opening and closing through resistance and pivoting. The pins hold the spring holder against the frame and also keep it aligned so that the force of the spring is transmitted equally when the door is cycled many times and under conditions of thermal expansion. It is essential to position it in every pizza oven at the door hinge for the counterbalance assembly within the side frame, ensuring that users can easily access it for normal use of the commercial baking equipment.
