The Blodgett BL34111 Motor Assembly is a part of the commercial kitchen equipment especially in pizza ovens. This blower unit is used to drive the conveyor belt, in order to maintain the constant cooking of pizzas. The old-style motor had 1725/1140 RPM, 0.75/0.21 HP and the new model has 1680/1120 RPM, 0.60/0.17 HP. Both feature two-speed control for the proper flow rate and power consumption. The motor is durable and is capable of performing in high temperatures as may be required in some operations.
