The Blodgett BL57372 Temperature Control Kit 350 TDC is an essential part to having an oven temperature controlled precisely. Typically this kit will include a thermostat, thermocouple, and other hardware that is needed. The thermostat receives the temperature sensed by the thermocouple in the oven. The sensed temperature is then compared to the required setpoint for the thermostat. The thermostat will switch heating elements on to make up should the oven temperature drop below the set point. However, if the temperature goes above the setpoint and thermostat sends the heating elements to turn down or cut off, maintaining crisp and accurate cooking.
