Description

The Blodgett BL60323 Temperature Probe 350 Breakaway Bar measures the temperature in the oven by sensing the presence of heat and sending signals to the control system. The sensor is used to constantly measure conditions to assist in controlling the cooking cycle. It is mounted close to the airflow path or heating components to ensure that the readings are accurate. The breakaway bar design is able to be positioned safely and it has the least amount of risk of damage during maintenance or operation.
