Description

The Blodgett BL61533 Touchscreen Computer Wendys works by taking the input of the touchscreen and converting the choices into control signals to be sent to the oven operations such as temperature, time and cooking mode. It takes instructions and interprets them with its internal circuitry and transmits the instructions to the control board of the oven to carry out programmed cooking cycles. The touchscreen module is installed into the front control panel, and it fits into the allocated slot and fits into the already existing mounting points. The oven has a wiring harness that electrical connectors can be directly integrated into.
