The Taylor Freezer 084950 Freezer Scraper Blade is used to remove frozen product from the wall of the freezing cylinder by continuous contact with the product during rotation. The blade cleanses the inside of the surface to ensure the product continues moving to the discharge zone. It is mounted within the freezing barrel, and is connected to the dasher assembly. The blade shape is similar to the cylinder shape to achieve constant contact. Slots are provided to mount the dasher. Its position ensures easy movement of products in addition to having a better interaction.
