Description

The Blakeslee 3459 Whip Wires 30 Quarts S/S is an alternative to mixing wire which is used in commercial food service equipment. These stainless steel whip wires are mounted on the planetary drive of the mixer and are used to add air to batters, creams and other light mixtures to increase the texture and consistency. The whip wires are attached to mixer models that connect to the mixer drive system, ensuring the mixer is well-rotated and agitated. They are used to help in the regular performance of large-volume mixing tasks in commercial kitchens, and foodservice settings.
