Description

The Blodgett 16542 Convection Oven Thermistor Probe KFC operates by monitoring internal cavity temperatures and transmitting resistance signals to the control board. These electrical variations allow the system, to regulate heat output by cycling elements on or off to maintain a programmed set point. This specific sensing component threads directly through the oven sidewall into the cooking chamber to ensure direct exposure to airflow. This genuine replacement part replaces defective sensors that cause temperature fluctuations or ignition failures during the baking process. Constructed with a protective metal sheath and high-temperature wiring the unit connects, to the main harness via a standard plug.
