Description

The Blodgett 21675 Electric Convection Oven Relay 15A 240V works by using an electromagnetic coil to switch a single-pole double-throw contact between alternate electrical pathways within the control circuit. When energized, it changes contact positions to direct current flow according to operating commands from connected control parts. Installed within compatible electric convection ovens, this relay is positioned in the electrical control compartment where it interfaces with wiring terminals switches, and associated circuit hardware. Its configuration forms part of the units power-routing, and control-system arrangement during operation.
