Blodgett 24668 Convection Oven Door Perimeter Gasket Kit

The Blodgett 24668 Convection Oven Door Perimeter Gasket Kit creates a continuous sealing boundary around the access opening, restricting unwanted air movement between the heated chamber and surrounding area. Its flexible material follows the frame contour and compresses against the mating surface as the panel reaches its closed position. Contact along the upper, lower, and side sections creates a consistent barrier around the opening. Throughout cooking cycles, the enclosed arrangement retains heated air within the chamber, while the movable profile follows minor movement as the panel transitions between open and closed positions.
