Description

Blodgett 37087 Convection Controller Kit CH-PRO3 is a controller kit that regulates the operation of the oven by receiving the input of the 14-key keypad and transforming the input to the control board to regulate the temperature, time, and fan operation. The internal circuitry works on signals and triggers heating elements, motors, and safety interlocks throughout cooking cycles. It is mounted on the rear of the control panel and connected to the already existing wiring harnesses. The assembly will be made up of a control interface and an electronic module, which is supposed to replace an existing controller.
