Description

The Blodgett 38290 Convection Oven Load Bearing Bob Disk operates by holding the rotating rack assembly in place, enabling the rack to move properly while baking. This component is in direct contact with the driveshaft, and it assists in spreading out the pressure over the mounting surface which means that there will be no direct metal-on-metal friction at high temperatures. The disk is placed at the bottom of the oven cavity and acts as a pivot point between the interior motor drive and the rack carriage.
