Blodgett 51516 Combination Oven Steamer RTD Probe Spade Terminal 3/16" With decreasing and increasing heat levels, which the control system uses as real-time thermal data. This signal is transmitted by the element via the spade terminal to assist in the synchronization of heating and steam control. It is fitted at a sensing point known as a specified point within the combination oven steamer, which most commonly projects into the cooking chamber within the oven and is connected to the control board by wiring.
