Blodgett 52178 Convection Oven Steam Tube Kit XR8G

The Blodgett 52178 Convection Oven Steam Tube Kit works by directing steam through designated passages within the steam system allowing moisture to be introduced into the cooking chamber during operation. It operates as part of the steam-delivery assembly channeling water vapor between connected parts to support steam generation and distribution throughout the baking process. Installed within compatible XR8G rotating rack convection ovens, this kit is positioned in the steam-system section where it interfaces with fittings, gaskets, tubing, and related hardware. Its configuration forms part of the units internal steam-management arrangement.
