Description

The Blodgett 53102 Combi Oven Double Stack Vent Extension works by diverting the exhaust and steam of the lower unit flue to stop the buildup of moisture between the two stacked cavities. This part is connected to the rear ventilation ports to direct the airflow upwards and out of the door and other sensitive electrical parts. It can be firmly attached at the rear of a two-tier setup, between the edge of the uppermost oven and the vent of the upper one. It has a sleek design in the footprint of the commercial kitchen exhaust hood.
