Description

The Blodgett 53771 Convection Oven Motor Panel Assembly Inshot is a rigid, mounted surface for internal airflow components of the prevailing hood, designed to support, and enclose the system. It works by holding the rotor in place and allowing it to circulate heated air through the combustion and heat distribution path of the unit during cooking cycles. The panel facilitates the alignment of the motor, fan and mechanical components connected to it to ensure uniform flow of air. It fits into compatible convection ovens, usually in the rear compartment, directly into the motor/fan assembly.
