The Blodgett 56470 Convection Oven Contactor Assembly 208/240V XR8E is an electrical control system that opens and closes high-voltage electrical circuits in response to signals applied by the system. The contactor is energized when a signal is sent to it to engage internal contacts to pass power to heating and fan components, and to open the circuit when shutting down or whenever a fault condition occurs. The kit is fitted inside the electrical control compartment of the oven, on special brackets or panels to fit into the existing wiring.
