Blodgett 57770 Gas Oven Motor Panel Assembly ES 200 S

The Blodgett 57770 Motor Panel Assembly ES 200 S is an electronic part that is used in a convection oven. Installed within the rear section of the appliance, it houses and supports the motor responsible for driving the convection fan. In commercial baking and roasting operations, the fan circulates heated air throughout the oven cavity to ensure even cooking, and consistent temperature distribution. The motor panel assembly secures the motor in place and integrates with the oven's internal framework. By maintaining proper motor alignment and support, it can ensure stable oven efficiency and consistent cooking results during high-volume kitchen use.
