The Blodgett 58196 Double Venting and Stacking Kit is an installation component for the DFG-200-ES series convection ovens. Two ovens can be stacked safely using this kit and the gases and heat of combustion are well ventilated. It is installed between and around the stacked units to ensure proper alignment, stability and proper airflow during operation. The stacking kit will be significant in space optimization and code-compliant installation. It is often applied in commercial kitchens where there is a need to have several ovens with a small floor area.
