Description

The Blodgett 59812 Oven Control HV100K12 uses a replacement integrated control module and user interface. This system includes the electronic control board and a 7" touchscreen to enable the operators to program the system by setting temperatures, cooking time and program profiles and checking the status of the system. It is installed at the back of the front control panel, and it interacts with the thermostats, safety circuits and heating elements to control cooking cycles. This is used in kitchen settings as the main control point.
