Blodgett 8321 Convection Oven Thermostat Bulb Guard EF/EZE

The Blodgett 8321 Electric Convection Oven Thermostat Bulb Guard EF/EZE is a protection system for the sensing bulb of the thermostat. It works by covering and protecting the temperature-sensing bulb to keep it away from direct airflow inside, food dirt, and any mechanical shock but still permits heat transfer for temperature sensing. The guard is to be mounted on the interior part of the oven and on the thermostat assembly to ensure proper positioning of the sensing element during its operation. This is to be placed in the oven cavity at the designated location for the thermostat bulb, where it will Operate as part of the temperature sensing and protection assembly for the control system.
