Description

The Blodgett M9182 Convection Oven Gas Valve is a part that is used to regulate the amount of air flowing to burners in the unit which are activated and deactivated by temperature and control signals to ensure the preferred cooking condition. It regulates the supply of fuel to maintain the even distribution of heat throughout the baking appliance cavity when it is in operation. This valve is mounted in the gas supply system of the furnace and is placed behind the access panel to be integrated with the burner assembly and linked to the existing control parts.
