Description

The Blodgett R2814 Combination Oven Transfer Steam Hose 1-5/8" ID works by directing the pressurized steam of the steam generator to the cooking area. It has a constant and controlled flow, which enables the oven to control the level of humidity needed in steaming and combination cooking modes. The hose is resistant to high temperatures, and it does not lose steam in the system. It is installed between the distribution and key steam-producing components to operate with valves and controls in order to provide a steady supply of moisture.
