Description

The Blodgett R4224 Combination Oven Quench Box Assembly contains the surplus steam and condensation by diverting the moisture from the inside parts of the oven chamber during the cooking cycles. It operates by gleaning released vapor, and diverting it through specific routes to manage the air circulation and moisture discharge. This assembly is usually installed in the exhaust, or venting section of the oven where steam is released when it is in operation. It was designed to fit into the combination oven settings to ensure that moisture is handled properly in high-temperature and steam-assisted settings.
