Description

The Blodgett R6965 Level Probe Assembly Kit works by sensing the exact height of the water in the steam generator, or cooking chamber using electrical conductivity. When the liquid touches the metallic sensors, a signal is sent to the control board, to control the process of filling and prevent dry firing. This is an essential part that is placed directly within the boiler tank or water reservoir, depending on the model setup. The probe housing, several sensing pins and the gaskets required to make a complete replacement are included in the assembly.
