The Henny Penny 25753 Blower Motor Assembly operates by pushing forced air through the heating system of the fryer to ensure that there is a proper flow of air and control of temperature in the fryer during cooking. It operates at 120 volts and has a speed of 3000 RPM and a current of 1.15 amps which is sufficient to maintain air flow in order to effectively distribute heat. This motor assembly is installed in the internal air circulation system of the fryer.
