The Henny Penny 92963-001 Flue Exhaust Blower Motor works by pushing air through the flue system to get rid of exhaust gases generated in the cooking processes. It has a mechanism of spinning a fan inside the equipment to make sure that there is better ventilation by keeping the air flowing continuously when it is powered at 115 volts. This blower motor is generally fitted in the exhaust part of commercial fryers or cooking unit where it helps to direct the hot air and fumes out of the cooking unit.
