The Blodgett 6138 Blower Wheel is a necessary part overarching the purpose of circulating air in commercial ovens and particularly in CTB models as well as some Garland and Hobart specific models. This concave wheel measures 8-1/2 inches in diameter, 2-1/8 inches wide and 5/8 inch hole and rotates counterclockwise to efficiently push heated air through the cooking chamber. The puller hub design of its innovative puller hub design includes two set screws and a keyway for secure installation. The extend to increase cooking efficiency, maintain cooking temperature, shorten cooking time, and improve food quality.
