Description

The Montague BR64-2 Pizza Oven Pilot Safety Valve 3/8" FPT is a gas-control part used in commercial equipment systems. It works by monitoring the pilot flame and regulating gas flow to the burner assembly. When the pilot flame is present, the valve allows gas to continue flowing for normal oven operation. If the pilot flame is extinguished, the valve shuts off the gas supply to assist in preventing unburned gas from entering the system and it is installed in compatible pizza ovens used in restaurants and commercial foodservice kitchens.
