The Imperial 20125 Range Burner Assembly 20" X 4.25" generates heat by forcing gas through several ports into the burner where it combusts to form a controlled flame with which to cook. It is made of steel that spreads the flame evenly over the cooking surface to ensure the same amount of heat throughout its use. The assembly is mounted on 20-inch range units that are compatible with each other, and it fits into place over the gas supply manifold and under the cooking grates. It is widely applied in commercial kitchen ranges to assist stovetop cooking.
