The Blodgett 36156 Burner Deflector/Divider Kit is an assembly component of commercial ovens to control the amount of heat dispersed over cooking surfaces. It works by guiding and separating flames in the burners in the ovens so that there is uniform heating all over the inside of the oven. Fitted directly over the burners, it assists in avoiding hot spots and also aids in achieving consistency in cooking, which is a key factor in ensuring that the temperature remains consistent. The oven uses this kit to maximize the efficiency of its cooking and prevent any food issues related to uneven exposure.
