The Hobart 00-478425 Slicer Anti-Rotation Rod Bushing 2000 Series does not move in the wrong direction, when using it and minimises undesirable movement. It is tight enough to fit around the rod to regulate the rotation, and provide smooth contact with the other components. That is integrated into the rest of the mechanism to maintain a steady motion and ensure that the slicing process proceeds as intended. This part is designed to be used with the 2000 Series slicers which are fitted internally where the rod is connected to the main slicing mechanism.
