The Montague 11611-4 Gas Broiler Ceramic Radiant is a heat distribution element used in the commercial broiler assemblies to control and direct heat. It takes in heat at the burner and reflects it uniformly all over the cooking surface in order to promote uniform broiling in the equipment. This is mounted over the burner within the broiler cavity, and it is used to protect food directly against the flame as well as stabilise temperatures. It plays an essential role in the heating system.
