The Garland CK2200211 High-Tension Wire Lead 12" is used to supply electric current to the ignition transformer to the spark electrode to create the spark that opens the gas flow. It sends a high-voltage pulse at the exact instant the gas valve opens and combustion is initiated. The wire lead is secured through the control compartment between the transformer assembly and the spark electrode of the burner. It fits between the terminals of the ignition system of specific commercial cooking equipment models. It is insulated and can allow high voltage, and also provides separation between energized conductors.
