Description

The Cleveland 40446 Convection Steamer Water Gauge Set With Glass operates by using a clear vertical tube to give a visual indication of the level of liquids inside the appliance. Liquid is pushed into the window chamber by hydrostatic pressure, and the forces inside are the same as the pressure of the fluid in the reservoir, so it can be monitored immediately. This assembly is installed on the outside manifold or side panel of the steaming unit to allow the user to see through during operation. The kit comes with the shielding glass cylinder, seals, and components for a complete installation.
