Description

The Cleveland C5016007 Thermocouple Sensor detects heat by producing a temperature-responsive electrical signal that is sent to the control system during equipment operation. Designed for P3/OES applications, it tracks temperature fluctuations within the cooking chamber enabling the control parts to monitor and manage the heating process as conditions change. This unit is mounted near the heating zone inside compatible cooking equipment, where it connects to the control circuitry and is centrally exposed to the operating temperature. It forms part of the temperature-monitoring assembly, providing continuous thermal feedback throughout cooking cycles.
