The Pitco 60139201 Fryer Contactor is a 50-amp 3-pole electrical switching component with up to 690 volts and a 24 VAC coil at 50/60 Hz. It is installed in compatible commercial fryers to control power to heating elements, engaging and interrupting circuits in response to signals of the control system of the unit. This type of contactor is applied in restaurant and foodservice kitchens and is used to regulate the heat cycles and to make sure that the fryers are running.
