Description

The Alto-Shaam SN-38111 Holding Cabinet Control Probe detects thermal changes and converts them into resistance signals for connected electronics. Its sensing element responds to surrounding heat, allowing measured conditions to reach the appliance circuitry. Installed inside the heated compartment, the tip extends toward the monitored area while its lead travels toward the interface. The 1000-ohm specification identifies its electrical resistance, while CC34488 marks the designated configuration.
