The Lincoln 369362 Oven Conveyor Belt 1 Foot Section functions to transfer food products into the oven in a continuous flow to provide even distribution of heat on the food product during the cooking process. It works in a continuous loop system that is propelled by the motorized system of the oven and ensures that the cooking speed and direction are consistent. This conveyor belt area is placed along the conveyor assembly of the oven, which is linked with the adjacent conveyor belt areas to create a complete transport surface in the oven.
