The Middleby Marshall 33900-0032 Oven Wire Conveyor Belt 32 x 1 stainless steel is conveys food through, creating a continuous, interlocked mesh that is wrapped around drive and idler rollers. It operates by moving objects in a continuous rotation as the conveyor belt rotates, to ensure even cooking of the food by circulating heat and air. This is mounted directly to the conveyor assembly of the oven, which it is intended to move to form the moving cooking surface. It is suitable in high temperature conditions and cleaning in commercial kitchen operations.
