The Lincoln 369468 Oven Conveyor Speed Control Potentiometer Assembly works by controlling the speed of the conveyor in the oven to regulate the time of the product and cooking time. It operates by using a variable resistor system which varies the amount of electrical current flowing to the conveyor motor to either speed the motor up or slow it down depending on the setting chosen.
